Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
Your main tasks will include delivering a full spectrum of spa services. This covers advanced facials using aesthetic and electrical techniques, a wide range of massages, full manicures and pedicures (including Gellish application), and comprehensive waxing services. Body treatments such as scrubs and wraps are expected as well.
A significant portion of your day will also be spent conducting in-depth client consultations. Advise clients, design treatment plans, and ensure that each guest enjoys a personalised and memorable experience every time they visit.
Beyond hands-on treatments, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling spa retail products. Rebooking clients and keeping accurate records will be essential to ensuring repeat business and ongoing client care.
You’ll also be tasked with maintaining high levels of hygiene, keeping treatment rooms and equipment pristine, and managing stocks for both treatments and retail products. All staff members are expected to uphold health and safety standards at every level.
