What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
As a Beauty Advisor, your time will be focused on engaging customers by offering expert advice on beauty and skincare products. You’ll answer queries, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure customers leave with the best solutions for their needs. Another key part of the job is proactively driving sales through cross-selling, upselling and meeting monthly targets, while keeping a close watch on inventory and visual standards. Club card promotion is an ongoing part of the role. Housekeeping and merchandise display are also part of your core duties, making every day varied and hands-on.
