About This Office Administrator Role
This Office Administrator (Tender & Operations Support) role is a permanent, full-time position in a respected QS/construction firm. Estimated salary ranges from R82 000 to R120 000 per year, with room for hybrid work after three months.
You’ll be supporting project delivery at both administrative and operational levels, playing a critical part in compliance and smooth business processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Managing the complete tender lifecycle, preparing and submitting documentation according to compliance standards, and keeping thorough records will be your priorities.
You’ll maintain all supplier and compliance files, including tax and B-BBEE certificates, supporting both audits and client requirements effectively.
Engagement with government portals and regular communication with stakeholders ensure all requirements are met and submissions are timely and accurate.
The position also covers invoicing, monitoring payments, and assisting with financial reconciliations, so prior bookkeeping experience is an advantage.
Supporting the leadership team by managing calendars, supplies, and correspondence is part of your routine, contributing to seamless office operations.
