Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Optimization Engineer, you’ll lead RAN design, dimensioning, and technical delivery. You will execute RF optimisation to elevate network KPIs such as throughput and coverage, and resolve service-affecting issues. Daily tasks range from preparing performance reports to engaging with stakeholders, running root-cause analysis, and leveraging tools like Atoll, TEMS and NMS. Additional duties include site acceptance and knowledge mentoring for junior engineers.
