Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an Optimization Engineer, you’ll lead RAN design, dimensioning, and technical delivery. Daily tasks range from preparing performance reports to engaging with stakeholders, running root-cause analysis, and leveraging tools like Atoll, TEMS and NMS. Additional duties include site acceptance and knowledge mentoring for junior engineers.
