Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Daily tasks revolve around ensuring strict regulatory oversight and compliance with the FAIS Act, Fit and Proper requirements, and FIC Act AML/CFT for all financial transactions. You will oversee the implementation of RMCP, manage compliance programmes, and liaise with statutory bodies. Managing risk exposures related to volatility, liquidity and leverage and providing clear and fair risk disclosures are part of your performance targets.
The Key Individual supervises representatives providing financial advice, reviews advice frameworks, and ensures onboarding processes are robust and compliant. Maintaining competency, ongoing CPD, and Class of Business compliance for representatives will also be within your scope. Moreover, managing relationships with liquidity providers, exchanges, OTC providers and supporting strategic growth planning are expected.
