Role Responsibilities
As an Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary, you’ll support residents in their activities of daily living as outlined in individual care plans. You will monitor vital signs, assist with clinical procedures such as wound dressing, catheter care, and vital sign observation, record information electronically, and ensure a clean and well-organised environment for both patients and staff. Daily shift handovers and clear communication with your team and supervisors are also a vital part of the job.
